Please bring your CNIC, previous medical records, laboratory reports, imaging reports (X-rays, CT scans, MRI), and any current medications or prescriptions.

Reports can be collected from the relevant department or accessed online if the hospital provides a digital patient portal. Please bring your receipt or patient ID when collecting reports.
